For the past seven years I have been employed as a graphic designer for System Three Resins, Inc., an epoxy resin manufacturing company located in Auburn, WA.  I am currently seeking a position in which I can employ the skills I have gained through this experience, while offering me the opportunity for growth and development in new areas.  Upon reviewing your company and its contributions to entertainment and art, I have found that the qualifications required for this position are equivalent to many of the skills I already possess and are comparable to many of the duties I have performed in previous positions.

At present, I am employed as the Graphic Designer and Bottle Printing Manger for System Three Resins, Inc. In this capacity I am responsible for design, re-design and revisions to multimedia literature, advertisement and product packaging. The primary aspects of my position include creating, updating and maintaining consistent company identification through label design and literature including: brochures, catalogs, instructional literature, website content, advertisements and mailings.  I am also responsible for management of the bottle printing division of System Three, from customer relations, order creation, pre-flighting and design of artwork to oversight and troubleshooting operation of the printing division.

I have also worked independently as a freelance artist, undertaking a variety of jobs encompassing a broad range of media and artistic styles including storyboarding, illustration, comics, CD & DVD packaging, business cards, band promotional packets, flyers and website content.

During my tenure as graphic designer of System Three Resins, I have acquired a highly developed ability to evaluate problematic situations and develop and implement solutions. My experience working as part of a large company, in tandem with the experience I have gained working as an independent contractor, has enabled me to refine both my ability to work independently and to function as an integral member of a team.
